The netball courts of the Warwick Monday League were ablaze with intense competition, as week three of the season saw teams battling it out.
Hoops I Did It Again showcased impressive play against Shooting Stars, emerging victorious with a score of 21-17. The game was a roller coaster ride of excitement, with each team displaying remarkable skills and sportswomanship on the court. However, it was the unwavering determination of Hoops I Did It Again that ultimately tipped the balance in their favour.
However, the spotlight of the night undeniably belonged to Nutballs as they were up against Warwick Warriors, ending the game with a 32-20 victory. The Nutballs' strategy and synergy on the court were unmatched, earning them the highest scoring game of the evening.
Nets Get Physical also managed to edge out Hands On The Ball! in a nail-biting clash with a close scoreline of 16-13.
Amidst the high-octane action, one player stood out among the rest. Victoria Sarson of Nutballs was named the Most Valuable Player of the week. Displaying excellent gameplay and leadership, Sarson played a pivotal role in her team's triumph.
As the dust settles, the teams now turn their sights to week four, where they will once again vie for supremacy.
