Week four of the Warwick Monday Netball brought another evening of competitive matches. Teams took to the court with plenty of energy, producing some enjoyable games and strong performances across the league.
One of the matches saw Hands On The Ball! take on Nets Get Physical. Hands On The Ball! worked well as a unit throughout the game and came away with a 23–7 win. Their teamwork and steady play helped them maintain control of the match.
Nutballs also enjoyed a positive result, securing a 24–10 victory over Hoops I Did It Again. Both teams showed determination on court, with Nutballs managing to take their chances and build a comfortable lead as the game progressed.
The A-Team faced Shooting Stars in another fixture and finished with a 29–11 win. It was a confident performance that keeps them firmly in the mix as the season continues.
While several teams delivered strong displays, an individual highlight came from Abbey Baker of Warwick Warriors, who was named Most Valuable Player for the week. Her effort and skill on court made a clear impact during the evening’s matches and earned well-deserved recognition.
As the Warwick Monday Netball season moves forward, teams will continue to build momentum and develop their play. With several weeks still to come, there are plenty more competitive and enjoyable matches ahead.
