Play in the Aylesbury Tuesday Netball League
In the eighth week of the Aylesbury Tuesday Netball League, teams once again came together to showcase their skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. It was a great evening of netball, with plenty of positive performances across the League.
Chafing The Dream delivered a strong performance against Grendon Girls, earning a well-deserved 17–3 win. Their thoughtful build-up play, accurate shooting and solid defensive work helped them stay in control throughout the match.
Court Queens also enjoyed a good result, overcoming Pivots 14–6. Both teams showed great determination and skill, making it an enjoyable contest to watch. Court Queens’ Jody Sharp stood out with an excellent all-round display, earning the title of Most Valued Player for the week thanks to her consistency and composure in front of goal.
BucksBaddies put in a confident team performance against Girls On Fire, securing a 19–4 victory. Their movement around the court and supportive teamwork were key factors in the result.
The A Team and Ball Of Fame shared a closely contested game, with Ball Of Fame narrowly taking the win 12–8. It was a competitive and spirited match that reflected the positive atmosphere of the evening.
As the Aylesbury Tuesday League heads into its final weeks, teams continue to show commitment, enthusiasm and a real enjoyment of the game. With the season drawing towards its conclusion, there is plenty to look forward to as everyone aims to finish strongly.
