Thrilling Netball Action as Aylesbury Tuesday League Reaches Week Four
Week four of the Aylesbury Tuesday Netball League brought another evening of enjoyable and competitive netball, with teams showing great enthusiasm, teamwork and commitment throughout the matches.
One of the highlights of the night was the closely contested game between Girls On Fire and Grendon Girls. Both sides played with energy and determination, but it was Grendon Girls who edged ahead to secure a 12–9 win. Joanne Chow delivered an excellent all-round performance for Grendon Girls and was deservedly named Most Valued Player of the week, making a strong impact at both ends of the court.
Elsewhere, Chafing The Dream put in a confident display against Ball Of Fame, finishing with a 17–10 victory. Their consistent passing and shooting helped them maintain control of the game, while Ball Of Fame continued to work hard and showed positive moments throughout the match.
The final game of the evening saw The A Team take on Court Queens in an entertaining and tightly fought contest. Both teams stayed neck and neck, but Court Queens managed to hold on for a narrow 13–11 win, rounding off an exciting night of netball.
Week four once again highlighted the competitive yet friendly atmosphere of the Aylesbury Tuesday Netball League. As the season progresses, teams will be looking to build on their performances and enjoy the challenges still to come.
