Didcot Thursday Week 7 - 6/2/26

In a thrilling week 7 of the Didcot Thursday Netball league, the League division provided an electrifying show of talent and competition. The skills on display were nothing short of spectacular, and the determination shown by all teams were inspirations for any sports enthusiast.

The Ball Slappers delivered an impressive performance, winning against Hoop Troops in a tight contest, finishing with a scoreline of 13-10. The game was a pulsating display of agility and precision, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats till the final whistle.

In another intriguing encounter, Enchanted emerged victorious against Midas Touch, securing an 8-4 win. The precision and teamwork displayed by Enchanted were sublime, cementing their place as a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League division.

But perhaps the most captivating game of the week was between Court Queens and Netspresso Martinis. The Queens triumphed with a score of 9-4, with the team demonstrating exceptional cohesion and strategy on the court. Despite not securing the win, Netspresso Martinis played valiantly and showcased their talent on court.

The shining light of this week’s games was undoubtedly Leah Thomas from the Court Queens. Her phenomenal performance on the court earned her the coveted title of 'Most Valued Player' of the week. Thomas showcased her outstanding skills and leadership throughout the match, contributing significantly to her team’s victory.

As we move into the eighth week of the season, the League division of the Didcot Thursday Netball league will undoubtedly continue to deliver more thrilling and high-stakes matches.
