Didcot Thursday Week 4 - 2/4/26

The fourth week of the Didcot Thursday Netball League brought excitement and suspense, as teams in the League battled it out with grit and determination. The heart-pounding match of the week had Netball fans on their toes, as Hoop Troops and Midas Touch ended in a nail-biting draw, with the scoreboard reading 12-12. Both teams gave it all their all in the match and displayed spectacular sportsmanship and teamwork.

In another gripping fixture, Court Queens proved their mettle by winning their match against Enchanted with a striking score of 16-3, demonstrating their superior shooting skills and tactical execution. With this victory, the Court Queens have showcased their talent in the League.

However, the most thrilling spectacle of the week was the exciting showdown between Netspresso Martinis and Ball Slappers. The game was a roller-coaster ride, swinging back-and-forth with both teams demonstrating exceptional skills and strategic acumen. But it was Ball Slappers who emerged victorious, clinching a hard-fought victory with a close score of 12-11.

It was Jess Knedler from Ball Slappers who stole the spotlight this week, showcasing a masterclass in Netball as she weaved her way through the opposition with her outstanding agility and precision. Her exceptional performance earned her the prestigious title of the Most Valued Player of the week in the League division.
