ASHBOURNE, UK – Week 8 of the Ashbourne Wednesday 7-a-side Netball league featured several competitive matches and steady performances from all teams involved.

Ball Of Fame took on Ash & Dash in one of the evening’s fixtures, with Ash & Dash securing an 18–10 win after a consistent and well-organised display.

Pass Me The Wine and The Ash-tonishers also produced a close match, with Pass Me The Wine finishing ahead 13–8. Both teams showed determination and solid teamwork throughout.

This week’s most valued player was Martha Airey from The Ash-tonishers. Despite her team’s loss, she delivered a composed and effective performance that stood out across the league.

As the season moves forward, teams continue to refine their play, and the Ashbourne Wednesday league is set for more competitive fixtures in the coming weeks.
