Week 12 of the Ashbourne Wednesday netball league saw some exciting matches as Bourne To Play, Bourne Lucky, and Ash & Dash all came away with victories, keeping the competition lively with just two weeks left in the season.

Bourne To Play edged out Ball Of Fame in a thrilling 17–13 win, with both teams showcasing skillful play and strong teamwork that kept spectators entertained until the final whistle.

Bourne Lucky also enjoyed a close 15–12 victory over Sling It Sisters. Both teams battled hard, but Bourne Lucky’s solid defensive work made the difference in this exciting matchup.

Ash & Dash were in fine form as well, defeating The Ash-tonishers 19–6. From the start, they demonstrated excellent coordination and determination, controlling the game from end to end.

Bec McBride from Nets Get Physical stood out this week, earning the title of Most Valued Player. Her energy, precision, and team focus were a highlight of the evening and helped inspire her teammates.

With the season nearing its close, every match counts as teams continue to compete for the top spots. The final weeks promise more close games, strong teamwork, and plenty of enjoyable netball action.
